GYURURI, releases every winter season, is brewed from sake rice "Dewasansan" cultivated 2021 autumn. Enjoy super fresh taste as new brewing year sake, bottling fresh drops just brewed newly.

日本酒を絞り出すときに響く音...「ぎゅるり」。

その搾取音を名前に、昨年秋に収穫した地元産酒米を100%使用した2022年度の搾りたて新酒。新酒ならではのフレッシュな味わいに加え、ほんのりと甘い口当たりが美味しい季節限定の純米吟醸酒をぜひどうぞ。

"Dewasansan" is sake rice name, developed by Yamagata agriculture association. The rice has super clear taste such pure water. The taste is medium dry and slight fruity aroma , good pairing with seafoods.
